Frivolous Friday! Romping Around the Pumpkin Patch & Edible Monsters
It’s Frivolous Friday!
Thought I would share some of the fun I squeezed in this week (in between all my portrait sessions and retouching work.)
Yep, this happened #1:
I couldn’t resist a romp around the pumpkin patch!
Pumpkin Station in Rancho Bernardo is my favorite pumpkin patch because it’s beautiful and it also has sunflower fields and lots of extra fun for the kiddos!
So I grabbed my favorite autumn-y scarf and hit the dusty trails….
The flowers looked so happy~!!
Literally: HAPPY!
(Seriously, thanks to whomever sculpted this – because it made me smile when I saw it and I’m still smiling now!)
And guess who else was happy about the sunflowers??? 
For some reason I’m obsessed with that little pollen covered bee-bum and it’s shadow!
I also brought my witches’ hat for some extra spookiness….
And of course I had to PLAY…how can you not have fun at the pumpkin patch????

And speaking of fun, when I was there I kept remembering the fun portrait sessions I’ve done at that sunflower patch!

Yep, this happened #2:
Baked monster cupcakes this week!
I think you know me well enough to know that the minute I saw Funfetti monster cupcake mix and
matching green frosting WITH EYEBALLS that it was going in my cart.
So I whipped, baked, frosted and sprinkled….
And then, of course, I shared my monster cupcake with a spooky friend….
Speaking of spooky — Happy Halloween my friends!
What can I say: I’m Feeling Blessed!
