We’ve all heard that pictures tell a thousand words, right?   Well, they really do!

So think about the story you want to tell in your head shot.

Friendly?  Well credentialed?  Authoritative?  Casual?  Formal?  Silly?  Professional?  Fun?

You can emphasize or minimize what you want and don’t want with your pose, expression, backdrop and clothing choices.

Bring a few different tops so you’ll have some variety (you might want some extra looks anyway for different places too.)

Then think about your audience – what would they want to see in you?

After you schedule your head shot (for in studio or outdoors) I’ll send you my brochure with advice on how to look your best in head shots

(did you know that drinking a lot of water the day before your portrait session can make your skin look more youthful?)
