Getting Ready: The Wedding of Sheri & Barry at Willow Creek Events Valley Center, San Diego Wedding Photographer
Let me set the scene for you.
We are at Willow Creek Events – a beautiful private estate in Valley Center –
(It’s just close enough to San Diego that you zip right up there,
yet somehow a world away — quiet, tranquil and nestled in the country.)
There are amazing details all over the gorgeous estate grounds –
from an antique couch near the lily pond, to a cherry wood buffet table in the woods
to chandeliers sparkling from the oak trees.
And don’t get me started on the amazing details planned by Sheri and Barry our bride and groom….
Sparkling jewelry and beautiful gowns….to name just a few.
There were also lots of quiet moments woven into the day –
so the bride and groom and their guests really treasured the moments.
One of those special times was the bride and groom sending each other a love letter.
Such a beautiful and tearful time….

The bride’s beautiful mom laced her into her gown…
And in a unique twist….the bride planned a “First Look” of her bride’s maids
They hadn’t seen her gown, so it was a complete surprise
— we set up a memorable little photo op and a fun time for everyone~!

Then we had time for some beautiful bridal portraits inside before we headed outside for some portraits
all around Willow Creek with the bride and her girls…
