“Can I get the recipe?”

Don’t you love it when you bring a dish to a potluck and someone asks you for the recipe? Isn’t that REALLY the best indication it was yummy? (And isn’t that the best way to GET a recipe too?)

Well, let me tell you about my “Can I get the recipe?” GUARANTEE

This is my all time FAVORITE appetizer and is always a hit at parties.

And aren’t you lucky I photographed the whole process so you can make it too!

I know, you can thank me later….

You will need a 1/4 cup of chopped parsely:


1/2 cup of chopped celery:


1 Cup of chopped walnuts


1 Cup of small cubes of parmesan cheese


Stir it together with 2 TBL of lemon juice, some garlic, a tablespoon of mayo and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.


Then, get yourself some belgian endive (Before I read this recipe, I never even KNEW belgian endive EXISTED!)


Put a tablespoon of the mixture into each little leaf:


Then arrange it real purdy on your tray.

Party goers just pick it up like a little spoon and gobble it all up!

(And I will absolutely GUARANTEE that at least one person will ask you for the recipe! It is SOOOOOOOOOOOO delish!)
