My Big Fat Greek Lunch
The feast began with humus and pita chips.
Added basmati rice and pita bread to that:
Course a Greek salad was the perfect accompaniment to that….
And we finished with Baklava!
Have you tasted Baklava? It is a rich, sweet pastry made of layers of phyllo dough filled with chopped nuts and sweetened with a honey syrup.
